Classes begin Monday, August 19!

The first day of school is tomorrow!

As you have probably noticed, the San Diego Community College District has switched to a enrollment/Financial Aid system, and it is Not Working Well. If you have had problems enrolling or adding classes, don't give up! Please
come to the class the first day and work with your professors.

You will not be turned away.

The district is suspending some of its usual practices. It will not dropped students due to  academic standing, "failed prerequisites," or non-payment of fees.

Be persistent. Come the first day and talk to your professors. We'll help you get through this.

Please share this with anyone and everyone. See you next week!

Production looking for help

My name is Carlyn Thometz and I am a director at the Tenth Avenue Arts Center. I am looking to fill a few positions on my current production.  I'm currently working on a production of Evil Dead The Musical, and I'm looking for a stage manager, make up artist and potentially one ensemble role.

We are a community theatre so we are offering stipends:
stage manager: $500
Make Up Artist: $300
And the ensemble role is $200

If you know anyone that would be interested please pass along my email, and I hope to meet them off of your referral.

Thank you so much!
