Auditions for Fall shows!

Yeah, it's a long way off, but you might want to start thinking about auditions!

Good Kids
By Naomi Iizuka
Directed by Katie Rodda
Cast: 8 Female, 4 Male
Multi-ethnic cast desired

Something happened to Chloe after that party last Saturday night. Something she says she can’t remember. Something everybody is talking about. Set at a Midwestern high school, in a world of Facebook and Twitter, smartphones and YouTube, Good Kids explores a casual sexual encounter and its very public aftermath. Who’s telling the truth? Whose version of the story do you believe? And what does that say about you?

Black Box Theatre, September 30 – October 9

To Kill a Mockingbird
By Harper Lee, adapted by Christopher Sergel
Directed by Ashley Kobza
Cast: 11 Male, 6 Female, plus extras

This timeless story based on Harper Lee's beloved novel is told through the eyes of Scout, the fiercely independent daughter of Atticus Finch. In the summer of 1935, the sleepy town of Maycomb, Alabama is abuzz with the upcoming trial of Tom Robinson, an African American man accused of raping a white woman. While Finch, the white lawyer assigned to defend Tom, refuses to compromise his ideals in the face of mounting community pressure, the impressionable Scout learns about tolerance and acceptance, even as racial tensions threaten to tear the town apart.
